Is there anywhere where I can see a template or guide when it comes to creating a policy for the users, describing what they can expect from us, and what we expect from them?
(For example, we’ll repond to your help call within 24 hours and half in resolved within 3 days. Please don’t fill your user drive with 4 gigs of mp3 files, etc….).
I’m currently doing admin/support in an environment that has no set policies, and as a result the users have gained a “they’ll drop everything and come help is the second we call” attitude, which of course doesn’t work well very often.
