User templates

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to indicate a script file to run when the user logs in. Currently, I am doing it the long way ie – each time I create a user, I specify the script to run in the Profile tab.

Is there a user template which will allow me to do this in Win2000 Server? Also, which security policy template should I select to disable passwords expiration which will affect all my clients?
