We're getting a #550 5.7.1 RESOLVER.RST.NotAuthorized error.
The user gets this error when trying to send a global email out from Outlook. She has no problem sending it out via OWA. The distribution list is the same for other users that are not experiencing this problem.

No other language being used. This is our situation. We are using squid as a proxy on our current system, but I have setup another system for using ISA 2006 as the proxy. I've asked all of IT to chg their proxy setting to the new proxy. When the user is on the old proxy it works, but not on the new. I was wondering if there is a rule I have to set in the ISA or what. She can send a global mail if she goes in via OWA and logon in as the Global User, not with her network logon.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
