userenv.dll

I have got a lot of problems with roaming user profiles in Wondows 2000. New algorithm has a bag (may be). MS says to change userenv.dll file with this one: 5/31/2001 03:30p ver. 5.0.2195.3649, size 367,888. Is it problem resolving? And where I can get this file?
