Users can’t see installed printer

We recently added some Windows 2000 machines to our network. If I login to one of these machines and add a network printer through the Add Printer Wizard, everything works fine. But when another user logs on, the printer disappears. Microsofts Knowledge Base says to install service pack 3. I did, but it did not help. Help!!
