Using an Excel file as a datasource in a

I have an Excel file with 10 columns (fields). I have to do several differnt mailings from this one spreadsheet. The first two mail merges came out fine, however when I tried the the third using the latter fields, it would only show one field of information (even though I had pulled two fields into the merge). Both fields did have data in them. I tried this on several pc's and got the same result.

You want to make sure your Merge fields are setup properly in your form letter or whatever it is your using (i.e. mailing labels or catalog) I tried exactly what your saying on my PC here and could not cause the same result when I used the excel spreadsheet as the data for my form letter. I am fairly new here so if this is not a clear answer, please email me and we can discuss futher.
