Using APPLY in Settings in Display.

My P4/WIN98 S.E. went into some sort of hangup and I had to start in SAFE Mode. The monitor resolution went to VGA 640×480. Now when I go to Display and change to SVGA 800×600 I cannot get to the APPLY button as the that menu doess not come fully. Even ALT+A does not woork, how do I get to do it?
