I have an array formula that requires and conditions and or conditions. My syntax must be wrong,because i do have records that should be counted since they meet the conditions. basically, I am counting records where they fall between two delivery dates, for a specific country and where either of two true/false fields could be true and false, false and true, etc. In other words, we do not consider a delivery to be successful unless it is both delivered on time and to the correct location. we are trying to calculate the number of records that do not have a successful delivery date. Formula below:
