Using Data Access Pages

By Ray Gross ·
I have a simple time tracking DB in Access XP.
How do I create and use data access pages to input, edit, query and print query results as reports?

Go to the Reports tab and use the wizard to create the report theat you want.
Then go to the Forms tab and use the wizard to create the type of form that you want.
Then on the form add a command button and go through the steps, selecting the option to open a report and selecting the report that you just made.
You can create different reports for different yiews and add command buttons to offer the user to select the type of report desired.
If there is criteria that needs to be passed to thereport, such as the current record in order to print only that record, then on the command button's click event in the code window, you can pass that criteria in the DoCmd method.
If you need more help then please post a comment to your question.

Thanks, but the question involves using data access pages (web pages to access the database on the company intranet).
