Using dual monitors with Terminal Server 2003

By skywalker_al ·
I have a problem. Our users have dual monitors at their desktop, but when they connect to our terminal server, they cannot use their secondary monitor. Does anybody know a way to make this work? I have searched the net and Microsoft for any answers and have found none.

Thanks,
Luke

This is a tech. problem, in search of a solution.

It properly belongs in "Technical Q&A," not in "Discussions."

Please re-post there.

Thank you.

without the possibility of 3rd party SW.

I use multi-monitors, and many people that I support do as well. Usually, it is an annoyance that netmeeting, TS, and RDC do not allow it.
