Using Group Policy Editor for Windows XP

By SkyNET32 ·
Hello,

I work at a public library and have some public access stations with internet access. I am trying to set up the default guest accound (i renamed it Patron)using the Group Policy editor gpedit.msc.
Can anyone direct me to a resource that explains how to use this tool? working in a library I have searched on the web and various catalogs on computer books but none I found explained how to use the tool, either in depth enough or it wasn't very user friendly.

the TweakUI utility doesn't seem to go far enough for what I want to do for the patron account
