Using MRTG for 95th percentile

We are using MRTG for calculating the 95th percentile based bandwidth calculation for our own internal analysis.

Since we apply this at the port level(Switch port), i would like to know how much of actual internet INTERNET bandwidth our server isconsuming and it should no include server to server LAN traffic
