Using MS outlook to send/receive emails when using Verizon broadband card

I have a PC5740 Verizon Broadband card that I use to access the Internet when out of the office. I still can’t figure out how to set it up so that I can still use Microsoft Outlook to send my emails out. When I open MS Outlook, my emails will come in from my POP3 but I can never successfully send emails out. I know this has to do with the email settings and all that and I just cant seem to figure it out. Anyone have any ideas or answers for me please???
