I am creating a project template for a complex process. We also have lower category projects which require deleating some of the tasks from the project template. I would like to automate this process with a macro. When I use the ‘Record Macro’ feature, it delets tasks based on the line number. I want to delete the task based on the task name. Also, I would like to replace some or all of the text column fields with user prompted text. I am using MS Project Server 2003. Thanks!
