Using Net Time with Roaming Profiles

I have a Domain with a PDC and several workstations. The roaming profiles is enabled on the PDC. The profiles are downloaded when I log into any workstation which has a lower time than that on the PDC. To synchronise the time, I started using ‘Net Time’ as the first command in my logon script.
Now, irrespective of the Console time the profiles are never downloaded to the Console. But upload to the PDC happens properly.

Can someone tell me if there is some other configuration to be set to use ‘Net Time’ with Roaming Profiles.
