Using Norton Ghost 2002

Scenario:

One Win2000 Server built on l440gx with a built-in lan card.
One P-III Laptop with windows me installed on it
and having add on lan card fixed in it

I want to make image of hard drive fixed in laptop on windows 2000 server.

I need step by step guide to accomplish the task with the help of norton ghost 2002.
Can anybody help me.
