Using NPrinter with Windows 2000 OS

I am setting a workstation OS W2K with Nprinter.exe. It appears that Nprinter doesn’t launch correctly. Uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times, even rebuilt the workstation. I have used the following instructions according to Novell in TID 10054175. Is anyone else had this problem? What was your solution?
