Using Outlook not on an exchange system

By gregpip ·
My workgroup uses an Internet based email addresses to communication. All of us use Outlook 2000/2002 to download all of our emails.

We would like to use Outlook to setup meetings and assign tasks to others.

Since we are not on an Exchange system the meeting planner and task exchange will be a little different.

Does anyone have any comments or recommendations on this kind of setup?

Or

Recommend any other third party websites/software that would work for a workgroup?

We usually have 10 or so individuals not working on the same network. Usually remotly for hotel rooms or the such.

Thanks,

Gregory Pipkins
