We are running Exchange 5.5 sp4 on a NT server 4.0 sp6 machine. Most of the clients are Win NT 4.0 sp6 or Win 2k sp2 running office 2000 sr1/sp2. We are trying to use outlook’s calendar for scheduling meetings. We’d like to set the conference rooms as resources. I have set each up as a mailbox with myself as the primary account. I can invite the resources to a meeting, but no information is given from them – they all list no response. I went into my calender options and was able to set the respond automatically to resource requests. However the tab to set permissions is grayed out. Is there something I’m missing? Thanks!
