I am running outlook 98, using exchange Server 5.5. I have my own inbox, and delegate access to another mailbox, called Help Desk. I would like to set a rule for Help Desk, so that mail coming in to it from a certain person will result in a sound and a message being dispalyed on my screen, even when i do not have outlook open. So far I have got this to work only when I have Outlook open, and when I am logged in as Help Desk (the mailbox is linked to an NT account of the same name)
Does anybodyknow a way whereby I can be logged on as myself, yet receive notifications of certain mail arriving in the mailbox I have delegate access to?
