Using shortcuts to open a package file.

How can i create a desktop shortcut that will open a package file that is opened by a specific software browser.

It seems that u want to go to a particular page using some browser.
For that create a shortcut, say on Desktop, then under the Properties -> Shortcut -> target
enter the proper url.
e.g "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" C:\htmlGroup\myHtml.html
