Using Virtual Server 2005

Have anyone tried using Virtual Server 2005?
For my test i am going to use one box running Windows Server 2003 standalone with ISA 2004, i will install a Domain Controller with Exchange Server 2003 using Virtual Server.
I will use 2 NIC’s cards.

Have anyone tried this setup?Have anyone had problems and can it be done/work?
