I set up my Outlook to use Word as the default email editor. Everything works fine when I write emails, but when I reply to an email Word uses times new roman as the default font. When I check the list of styles there is a style called default paragraph font. This is set as times new roman and I can’t change this. How can I change the font as Arial? Thanks.
