Utl needed compare files between servers

I need a utility to compare files in folders between 2 servers.

I use one server as a fail over for another one. Just the data files are copied from server 1 to server 2. It is about 400g of data total. I have over the past few months more files on file server 2 then 1. I need to be able to run a utility that will compare the files between the 2 servers and delete the ones on file server 2 that are not on file server 1. These files are in multiple directories
