Another user’s computer has the following parser message pops up at bootup:
Value creation failed ” at line 422
**The ” is not a typo.
The message pops up at every boot. Safe mode does not have the popup. Have done all possible system restores. System is Win XP Pro SP3.
When attempting to login after the popup, the message is “userinit.exe failed to load properly”
Then the default profile is loaded, or tries to, then hangs. End up having to manually shutdown.
Anyone had success/experience in dealing with it?
