Variable Date/Today in win98 batch file

By Andy Bettoni ·
I have to write a batch file for run under win98 / Me that copy only the files from a directory created or modified TODAY into a network directory.
I think that xcopy will do the job, but the switch /D requires a prompt. I would like read the todaydate in system environment and pass the argument to the /D flag of xcopy (users has only to double click an icon on their desktop).
Any clues?
Thanks
Andy

Get xxcopy (www.xxcopy.com) one of its switches is specifically for files created today.
