We have system developed using above tools and now i want to upgrade the database to mysql5.
But after upgrading /migration of the database, the existing crystql report is not able to run from vb side at runtime while from crstal report designer , it showing perfect report. Whats the reason? One thing that i would like to mentined that in mysql the password for root user was null. But in mysql 5, we assign a passord. for this thing, i have updated the system dsn that i amd using for connection.
pls. give ur sugggestion asap.
