Hi can anyone help please.One of my end users has Word 97 installed to run merges from Access database.I have created a toolbar with “boiler text” as an option and called it normal.dot to replace words default.It took forever to create so recreatingit is not a good option for me.The problem is this:Whenever he closes word using the document close button(not word close)an invalid page fault message appears which has something to do with “VBE6.dll” exception.When I shut it completely it leaves that document and the normal.dot open therefore rendering it useless.I have tried to uninstall + reinstall word 97 + 2000 with no joy.Am I really going to have to reformat the whole drive to dump this problem.Cheers…
