VBSCRIPT creation of server print queues

There is tons of info out there on managing and configuring windows server print queues, but I can’t find ANY info on CREATING PRINT QUEUES, locally or more importantly, REMOTELY using VBSCRIPT or ADSI or any or scripting for that matter.

Does anyone know how to do this?
