vbscript/html - refresh web page

By CBDepadua ·
I have a simple HTML page that includes some very basic vbscript. On the page I've included four frames: title, (left)menu, sub-title, body. When a user clicks a menu item I'd like the sub-title and body frames to load the new information.

Cansomeone give me some tips on how to get those individual frames to refresh? Or to get the whole page to refresh so I can load the information?

Thanks,
Chris

If menu item is href, you may use
<a href="javascript:EventHandler()">Item name</a>
and in EventHandler use window method
open(page_name, frame_name).

I've altered my approach. This is how I have my frames set up:

<frameset rows="12%,*">
<frame name="HelpTitle" src="HelpTitle.htm" scrolling=no>
<frameset cols="20%,80%">
<frame name="HelpNavMenu" src="NavMenuHelp.htm" scrolling=no> <frame name="HelpContent" id="3" src="HelpBody.asp">
</frameset>
</frameset>

I have a few buttons set up in the HelpNavMenu Frame and I'd like those buttons to open a page on the HelpContent Frame.
