------
Do you have this ERROR?

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: 'oFile'
/admin-tx/stats/incstats.asp, line 72

Well,
here's what you need to do! Not only must you set WRITE permissions in IIS - BUT you must also set NTFS Permissions. Simply add IUSR_(HOST) (Host being your machine name) with full Permissions to that directory and BOOM - problem gone.

Not sure if this would help really, due the fact that I am running Personal Web Server on Windows 98.

I'm guessing that the problem is that
set rsParts=Server.CreateObject(ADODB.Recordset)
should be
set rsParts=Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")
(note the quotation marks).

If that doesn't solve the problem, search MSDN.microsoft.com for "Visual Basic error 800a01a8" and/or "ADODB". You should find all the articles you need to point you in the right direction.

Good luck.

See previous post about quotes but another error is that you dont specify active connection when open the recordset.
Please note syntax:
recordset.Open Source, ActiveConnection, CursorType, LockType, Options
For reference:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/ado270/htm/mdmthrstopen.asp
Corect line is:
rsParts.open strLocalSQL,conn

Sir,
You have missed out the " (enclosing quotes) when creating Recordset Object.

set rsParts=Server.CreateObject(ADODB.Recordset)

Use
set rsParts=Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")

Thanks.
