We’re in the process of selecting a new clinical application vendor, and in that process we’ll be bringing in the top three respondents to the RFP to provide system demonstrations. Attending the demos will be various users who will then grade each vendor. It is on my plate to develop the scorecard the attendees will grade, but I’m not sure where to start.
Does anyone have a vendor demonstration scorecard or template that they’d be willing to share?
