Rather than re-inventing a tool that most likely exists, I am searching for a product to help manage various vendor partnerships both hardware and software – All aspects of the partnership, whether formal via a contract or informal, need to be documented and available to a wide variety of staff. Somne of the items we need to track and document are; requirements to join or become a partner; URLs w/usernames and pw’s; support service offerings; product discounts and pricing info; product configurator; warranties; contract and amendment tracking and a host of other information.
Does such a tool exist? And if so, where.
Any help pointing me in the right direction will sure help out.
