i am taking a dog breeder to court, and my question is this:- once i notified the breeder that the puppy i purchased was sick, she told me to prove it, which i did. i took the puppy to my vet, for $200, and she proved through ultra sound and blood work that the puppy was sick. i tried to return the puppy to her, and when she took the puppy she stated i wouldn’t get my money until the following month….does that constitute a verbal agreement (i did agree to her proposition). she then later ‘changed her mind’…..can i bring this up in court with any success? michelle
