Hi! Can anyone help?
I am running Veritas on my Exchange Server and it does not seem to backup a particular mail in on of the users mail box.
Message are as follows:
‘Access denied to file ?Seethapathy, Jamuna?Top of Information Store?Inbox?Hieverybody,…’
&
‘Unable to open the item Seethapathy, Jamuna?Top of Information Store?Inbox?Hi everybody,…’
When I search the users Outlook, I’m unable to find this particular mail. So, I’m not able to solve this error.
