Verizon Wireless to Throttle Data Speeds for Mobile Bandwidth Hogs

Here's more info on how wireless providers are exempting themselves from the net neutrality debate:

Does anyone actually think Americans will ever truely get Unlimited data plans? Or only the current "Unlimited" plans that really are not unlimited.
I don't believe true unlimited plans will ever become available, I actually believe its far more likely for Wired internet connections to become more like wireless data plans, with a cap in place.

And HAVE to charge for overages, its no longer up to he ISP to choose, no unlimited plans anymore.

is that the anadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission?
That would only apply in oh Canada I hope, and is that for wireless or wired, or both?
