VFAT Device Initialization Failed

Under my Windows 95 Program, NO sound on my system(with external speakers). Through the Internet,under:CDKits upgrade(audio sound):Installed the sound card for Win95. TBS from FTP site: Voyetra Turtle Beach, INC. Noted no effect on Win95. Not successful, I uninstalled the entire program. Rebooted & install my system boot disc. Went into DOS Commands noting the following: WinBoot dir environment variable missing>Driver not loaded, ASP4DOS.com not in vortes.inf>Driver not loaded, Audiohardware not present or incorrect/audiohardware version driver not loaded, Driver E=Driver MSC001Unit,C:window\system\Vmm32\IFSmer.VXD (configuration not valid. System goes in to menu for partioning/Safe Mode, Normal, No DOS prompts allows me back to win95. Used: autoexe.bat System: Reads: with tile of question. How can I reinstall my Win95, & clear all or correct? I have tried wising my original Win 95 CD-Rom (reinstall)& the I Microsoft BOOT(original)floppy> NOT working. Tried: Win & exit no good. Nothing works. System did prompt to Safe mode. PLease advise. Willing to shut down & begin however, I have Dell-Opti-Plex-Pentiuim GX-1(since 1996).Unable to retrieve info from Dell.due to age of computer & not orginal owner. Received many years as a gift, whom the giver also received as a gift & orginator deceased> documentation unknown.Please Help?? So many error messages: System showed & stated under DOS-System Halt………..Only able to Shut off only…………..Not very DOS savvy…. Thank you
