I have found a video card but not able to find a driver or info on this video card. so here is what I have found so far and need help.
On one sticker is this info.

Model: VID(GW)
On the other is this info.
P/N:151787
S/N:B0410106140
Need to know what type of card I have and which o/s can use it.
