Video cassette to CDROM?

Could anyone tell me what, if any, software and/or
cables I might need to record my home videos onto
CDROM/DVD?
I dont think there will be a problem with the hardware side of things as I’am running WinXP on a 80GB HDD with 256 RAM and 32MB graphics card.There
is also a CDRW/DVD player on the system.
