Video Conferencing System

By Mikebyrne000 ·
I'm writing a report about setting up a corporate video conferencing system but I haven't a clue where to start. My headings are:

What are the major issues involved?

What technologies are available?

Compare the cost of available technologies

Who are the major players in the market?

What structure would you recommend?

What is the cost of setting up the recommended structure?

Any help or pointers in the right direction would be great!

Gartner

While I think their white papers are usually a steaming pile of uselessness in terms of making an informed decision, they serve the purpose of being good starting points for academic papers (assuming you care more about the grade than actually contributing knowledge to the sector).

As a student, you should be able to log onto a myriad of academic search DBs and look them up.

Good luck!
