I assume you have an internet connection. Right click My Computer and select Manager. When the Computer Management window appears select Device Manager. Expand Display adapters - select your video adapter and right click - select Properties. Select the Driver tab and click on Update Driver. When the Hardware Update Wizard appears - click on Yes, this time only and select Next. On the next window leave as it and select Next. Your system will search for an update from Microsoft and if available will update your system. If not go the manufacturer of your video card website and search on the support or download section.

Try running Belarc advisor (http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html) to discover what kind of video you have. The two main video chip manufacturers are ATI and nVidia - I know with nVidia chips, one driver works with almost all cards with their chip, no matter who makes them.

If its an video display capability built into the motherboard, then you might want to see if the either the computer maker or the motherboard maker has updates.

As for websites, you can build your own, or find someone to do it for you. There are fairly easy to use tools out there to build simple web sites. I used a tool called WebObjects Fusion - its not free, but not expensive and its pretty easy to use.

Run the advisor and tell us what it says under "Display" and then we can perhaps guide you further.

Right-click on any empty space on your desktop, click on Settings tab,now select Advance, one of the tabs should say adapter, click and it will display

Now you have to go on the internet with the info to find manufacturer website, save driver to desktop so that you can find it

The other part of your question bears more to accomplish than enthusiasm, plan this by getting help from someone that has done this, pull up a site and check for designers listed. Then on the other hand you may be able to pull it off.
