I don't recognize any data that I can use to direct you to a driver.

Look at the large chip on the board.
There should be a manufactures logo and a series of numbers.

Use the links at www.driverguide.com to get to the chip mfgs web site.
Download the proper "reference" drivers for the chipset.

Looking at the numbers again, I did a search on DP521, and came up with the following.

http://www.video-drivers.com/companies/375.htm

It may be an Eontronics DP521 "Renoir" card.

In order to find out the manufacturer you can look up the FCC ID number at: http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid/

Your information is just the company code.
What is the company's name?
from S3?
ATI?
Rago Pro 64+
or Winfast 64+
(How many RAM on the card? You can see it in the BIOS.
