I really enjoy all the great information that you can get off the internet. The only problem comes when you are looking at reviews and there are too many people giving their opinions. I am looking at purchasing some video editing software. I have never used any before, but have about 25 hours of home movies I was to edit and burn. I looked at cnet’s reviews and found four that I was interested in. Since I am brand new to this, I decided I didn’t want to spend more than $100.
The editors rated the software at 7.7 – 7.9, but when I read the user opinions it was at 3.8 or so.
When looking for reviews, which do you pay closer attention to; the website people or the end users.
Also, are the end users looking for too much from the program that costs $80? Is that why they rate it so low?
And, if anyone has any beginning video editing experience, which software do you use (preferrably around $100).
Thanks
