    view mails in Exchange Server 5.5

    How do I view mails that belongs to end users in Exchange Server 5.5? I’m doing a check to see what kind of mails they are receiving.

      If you’re an Administrator just open the other user’s inboxes from your workstation in Outlook.

      As a side note, I make it a policy to always obtain the end user’s verbal permission before I do this…in the case of suspicous activity you should obtain the permission of that person’s supervisor. This is dangerous water you’re treading on…be sure you understand your company’s policy on acceptable usage and their policy on e-mail user rights before you go snooping around. Its very easy for us as administrators to delve very deeply into other people’s lives, both professional and private…snooping through the boss’s e-mail is a great way to find out about your upcoming raise or if you’re going to get fired…its also a really great way to actually get fired. Its also unethical to snoop without sufficient cause of permission.
