view XP sessions on domain

By WhoWasThat25 ·
Hi,
is it possiable to view an XP session on a domain without the user knowning? HR has some concerns about what people are doing, and they want us to monitor them. i have dont the following:

1) in AD removed the check mark for "request users permission"
2) changed level of control to view the users session"
but it still kicks them out. any ideas?

thanks

You will need to install some software like VNC or PC-Anywhere in order to look at the users sessions there is Remote assistance but the user has to click yes in order for you to see their screen.

Terminal Services

If you are using RDP to access a server in your domain then the admins can view a session via terminal services. Other than that you would have to use RDP or something like VNC or Team Viewer.
