viewing file extension

Dear sir,

I have recd an attachment in DWG file which cannot be opened.
I want to open it in JPG or JPEG format or in photo editor will do.
The DWG file is basically a drawing file in Autocad.
HOw do i view it in above image file.
After viewing it in JPG i need to mail it back.

Urgent solution would be appreciated
