Virtual Machine

When I go to some sites (eg. http://go.icq.com)
the browser asks me to download Microsoft Virtual Machine, to which I relied “Yes”. Then out came a page saying that VM is not available for download anymore due to some lawsuit between Sun and Microsoft, so where can I find it now??
