Virtual Private Network

By Sameh Mahmoud ·
My network platform is Windows 2000, I have no previous experience in VPN. For a month now and I am trying to implement VPN, I have read a lot about it, and tried Windows help and MSDN.
I tried it several times and I succeeded in connecting to the VPN server, I could only access folders on the server by using UNC because I couldn't browse the network. And when I tried to connect to one of the other servers other than the VPN server, the connect as dialog box appears and what makes it worse is that I have to suuply a local user account on that server (not my Active Directory admin account).

The bottom line is I want the "details" on how to implement VPN. I want the network appears in my network places, and I want to browse the network. Any help
Thanks in advance
