VIRUS

I have an autoexec.bat file with a message ending with “…. I LOVE U ALL”, then deltree c:\program files; deltree c:\windows ;

this file almost deleted my program files & windows system folder and all system files deleted from my PC.
Pl. tel me, Which virus is this?
How can i recover my PC ?
