I know there’s a virus because my c drive deny’s me access, my add or remove programs won’t open, I can not defrag or even open it to defrag, most of my files have thumbnotes attached to them!!!!! HELP I need to correct this problem. I have already installed almost every security firewall antivirus program out there & nothing is working!!!!!
